Council

DragonWings is run by the Charter Holders and the Council, who are supported by the mentors. At the present time, DragonWings is managed solely by the Webmasters while the organisational system is assessed and improved.

Administrator

The Administrator is in charge of Newsletters and secretarial duties for the Club. The Administrator's duties also include calling for a Council vote, collecting the tally, and notifying the appropriate parties of the results (or passing them along).

Auxiliary

The Auxiliary member helps the other Council members and takes over if one of the Council members is on LOA. The Auxiliary member is also in charge of creating the Weather charts and keeping track of upcoming flights.

Archivist

The Archivist keeps track of posts and reminds club members when they are over their posting requirements. They also keep track of post format and Pern Canon used in posts (eg. using Terran terms instead of Pernese terms etc.).

Member Liaison (Persona Approval)

The Member Liaison is in charge of persona approval for current members and answers all incoming mail from members or people who want to know more about the club. This council member is responsible for writing all notices from Council to the Club that will be put in the Newsletter and for checking persona names against the reserved names list.

Mentor Liaison/Webbie

This Council member corresponds with Mentors and the Webmasters. The Mentor Liaison bring any queries from these people to the Council's attention and reply with the Council's ruling. The mentor liaison reports any faults on the web page to the Webmasters/Webbies, and keeps track of the Mentors. This council member also helps out with any mentoring as necessary and clutches/candidates as needed.
