Important guests (eg. Lord and Lady Holders, Masters, Weyrleaders, Goldriders) are escorted to their seats at the Head Table. |

All other guests make their way to the tables at the North end of the Weyr. |

Jalnah and the New Weyrleader make their way to the Head table where the new Weyrleader is officially announced. |

Main Meal is Served. |
|
23:00 |
Dancing starts in the dancing Square a little way from the dining area. Dancing ends at 02:00 the next morning. |

Day Two of the Gather (D1 M3) |

Breakfast starts at the Feasting area |

Breakfast officially ends. Stalls open. |

Baking Contest begins outside the Dining cavern. Tasting begins at 14:00 with the results announced at 15:00 |

Runner racing begins. |

Dragon Poker and Dragon Chess tournaments begin |

Firelizard treasure hunt begins with colour catagories gold down to green. |

Dancing competition at the Main Dancing square. |

Formation flights, aerobatics and demonstrations by the Wings of Icundsa Weyr, led by the Hailstorm Wing. |

18:00 |
Important guests (eg. Lord and Lady Holders, Masters, Weyrleaders, Goldriders) are escorted to their seats at the Head Table. |

19:00 |
All other guests make their way to the tables at the North end of the Weyr. |

Prizes for the events over the Gather period are awarded by the Weyrleaders. |
