Wingrider Y'jin

Appearance:Y'jin has longish brown hair and green eyes. He is a little shorter than average, although he is well-muscled. He is extremely handsome, and both males and females find him very attractive. He has only two scores, one across his left leg and the other on his right side. They aren't very noticable and weren't too serious.
Personality:
Y'jin is laid back and easy going. He is always friendly and loves to help all the new Candidates that he Searches out. He is a very positive person and dedicated to being a dragonrider, which makes him a perfect addition to Zakat. He is a huge flirt, and often has many liasons going on at the same time. One of his little known passions is his love for music. He enjoys both playing instruments and singing, and will occasionally write his own little ditties.
History:
Y'jin was born in Ista Weyr to the Weyr Harper and a Brownrider. He was fostered out in the Lower Caverns and had a fairly normal childhood, although he was known to play quite a few pranks and was always getting into trouble. Once a week, Y'jin would meet with his mother and father to catch up in each other's lives, and his mother began to teach him basic Harper skills, though Y'jin never seriously thought about pursuing Harpering as a craft.
At 16 turns of age and two previous unsuccesful attempts, Y'jin Impressed Blue Gelareth. The responsibility of having a dragon seemed to calm Y'jin down some, and he had an unremarkable few years as a weyrling. Y'jin and Gelareth began riding Search once they graduated from the weyrling ranks; after a routine fall, Y'jin was talking with the groundcrew when Gelareth began eyeing one of the young men and causing a fuss. The young man eventually Impressed a Bronze, and from then on, Gelareth's uncanny ability to find the best Candidates made him an asset to the Weyr. This was the ultimate reason why Y'jin and Gelareth were sent South; to help find the best Candidates to populate Zakat and Icsunda.

Appearance:Gelareth is bright Blue of medium size. He doesn't have as much stamina as some, but he is able to turn on a dime, making him an important asset of any Wing.
Personality:
Gelareth is a friendly, laid back dragon that is a perfect match to Y'jin in every way. He loves to be cleaned and oiled so that his brilliant hide sparkles in the sun. He is always willing to talk to other dragons, and sometimes even to very special people he Searches. He takes great pride in his ability as a Search dragon, and has almost a protective view of the rider and dragon pairs he helps match together. After he retires from active Wing riding, Gelareth would like to help out with the Weyrlings because he loves young people and dragons. He is also convinced that Y'jin should Impress a firelizard.
